CIL Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

The educational qualification and age limit required for CIL recruitment are detailed below.

Qualification:

• Candidates should hold an engineering degree from a recognized university or institute.
• A person with an MBA/ PGDM/ Chartered Accountant will have an added advantage.

Experience:

Candidates must have at least 5 years of cumulative experience in business development, including business expansion, market research, product development, brand positioning, product distribution, and commercial contracts. Experience in the coal or mining sector is desirable.

 Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 45 years
• Maximum Age:
• Internal Candidates: 2 years residual service as of the date of vacancy concerning the date of superannuation (60 years).
• Others: 3 years residual service as of the date of vacancy concerning the date of superannuation (60 years).

Pay Scale

• The selection process will be based on a Personal Interview. Candidates will be shortlisted after document verification during the walk-in process.
• The interview will evaluate the candidates’ experience and suitability for the roles.
